After receiving one of our advanced facial treatment procedures, your skin will be more sensitive. This being said, avoid doing anything that will irritate your freshly exfoliated skin.

Swim or use saunas

Do not swim, use hot tubs, or saunas for 7-10 days.

Exfoliate

Do not exfoliate your skin within the first 7 days as it may cause irritation.

for 2 weeks

DO NOT

Allow Sun Exposure

Do not allow sun exposure for 2 weeks. If you must be in the sun, you must wear a hat and sunscreen SPF 50.

for next 48 hours

Exercise Heavily

Do not exercise or partake in any strenuous activity, or heavy exercise for the next 24-48 hours.
