OVERVIEW

Most patients feel mild soreness following a Profound RF Microneedling treatment. Expect to experience temporary redness, swelling, and bruising. These side effects will resolve within 7 to 10 days. Numbness in the neck is common and may last for a few weeks.

Apply Aquaphor
Apply a thin coat of Aquaphor or Petrolatum ointment to keep glistening at all times for 2 to 3 days. Start this immediately following surgery.

Use gentle cleanser as discussed with your provider.
Use Cold compress made of Frozen Peas
For the first 48 hours, use cold compresses made of frozen peas to minimize swelling and help with discomfort.
Keep Skin Moisturized
Keep skin well moisturized.
