Hi friends! My name is Lauren, and I'm one of our Registered Nurse Injectors. I grew up here in Northern California, and received my bachelors in nursing right after high school in Southern California. I met my husband in college and we now have two beautiful sons! Outside of work I am passionate about health and wellness, being outside with my people, motherhood, and staying creative. I started my nursing career in the cardiac unit of the hospital, but have always had a creative pull. Being able to intertwine my love for the science side of nursing and my creative desires, while also instilling joy and confidence in my patients, has been such a gift.

I love books that either help me learn and grow, OR give me a great love story to read about. As far as podcasts go, I love a chatty girls podcast or educational interviews!

I have so much confidence in myself in achieving results for my parents (and friends and family) that are natural yet impactful. My goals are always that you still look and feel like YOU, but better.
It is always an amazing experience at the esthetics center. The staff members are so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I went in for a microneedling with PRP facial and the whole process was so easy.

Dr. Rice was amazing. He took excellent care of me. Took his time with me explaining everything he would be doing before hand. Was gentle, caring, not in a rush and most of all made me feel comfortable. I would highly suggest him to anyone. I will definitely be going back. Oh and his team was also great.

I’ve visited The Esthetics Center a few times now and every visit has been phenomenal. The front desk staff is welcoming and timely, the office is immaculate and beautifully decorated, and Melissa has delivered such wonderful customer service as well as skilled technique and services. I have received Botox and filler and will not go anywhere else! I love this place and couldn’t recommend it enough :)

Dr Rice is an amazing surgeon! I had a blepharoplasty done by him a year ago and am so pleased with the results. If you're looking for someone that is meticulous in his work, go to Dr Rice. You will not be disappointed.

I love the EDH Esthectics Center! Dr. Rice is a highly skilled surgeon that strives for perfection! He and his team make you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Daniel at the reception desk always greets me with a friendly “hello” and goes out of his way to accommodate my busy work schedule with multiple appointment options. Dr. Rice’s surgical assistant Tammy is very knowledgeable, warm and helpful. She provides clear instructions before and after surgical procedures and always calls you the night prior to surgery to check in and reassure any concerns. REGINALD RICE, MD, FACS
Dr. Rice received his medical degree from Loma Linda University in Southern California, where he also completed an internship in general surgery and specialty surgical training in Otolaryngology—head and neck surgery. Dr. Rice went on to complete advanced training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Institute of Facial Plastic Surgery. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
